Nice breakfast came with the room but we didn't eat much. Holding out for the Cat House treats. Skid got on line while Sandy and I had some cereal with peanut butter in it. |
Last night Skid parked too close to these trees, and put some scratches in his trailer. He was just sick. UNTIL!!! He got a note from Mr. 4E with some ideas to make it all better |
We had a lot of traffic leaving the North West LA area. I didn't take many pictures, but they Sandy has some good ones for Skid's blog. http://skid1850.blogspot.com |
A sign on the Grimes Canyon Road said "NO SEMIS". It was a good motorcycle road, but don't know what these large trucks were doing up there. |

California Black Gold pumpers. Lots of them in this area |
Near James and Cat's subdivision, this is the nearest parking we could find. |
Their pretty Blue home was spared from destruction earlier this year. A fire came down the hill and was stopped by their back fence. |
Nice fruit bowl. Cat really went all out to provide us with a wonderful breakfast. |
This Ostrich egg fed 10 people, and there was a lot left over! Tasted like Chicken! |
