Day 3, Elk City, OK to Pryor, OK

We left the Motel in Elk City and rode and drove into Weatherford.  I had to find a place to park the truck and trailer. Then had to find Lanny.  Found the bike, and had to follow my nose to the smell of Breakfast cooking to find him.

A nice little Ciy

The Downtowner has good food

Really enjoy old 50's decor

I think these could be something you eat

A visit to Red Rock Canyon near Hinton, OK.  This used to be a regular ride when e lived in OKC

This little car is a whole lot faster than when it was new!

Lots of green grass, large trees and Red rocks

And a pond

People come here to Repell

Lanny looks small next to the big rocks

A large pop bottle, that lights up at night.  We're in Arcadia, OK.  We had spent some time in OKC, looking for Motorcycle parts for Lanny's CB Radio.  Ran into Bart Matthews, a friend I hadn't seen in well over 30 years.  Was a surprise to both of us.  Then on to Honda of Oklahoma in Dell City, where we met another friend from the past, Wayne Cantwell.   Turned out to be a very nice visit.  And, Lanny got his part.

In the pop place

We had lunch here in the cafe
