Texas day 2

According to Mac Davis, this is "Happiness".  That's Lubbock, Texas in my rear view mirror.

I think only in Texas.  2 lane roads.  75 mph speed limit.  Lots of cross traffic, and farm machinery out on the highways.  Old pickup trucks with their fender's a-floppin' going to town for Saturday night. If you're not going 75, you'd best get over on the shoulder! You don't even have to slow down through some of the smaller towns.  Traffic lights, 75 mph speed?  Crazy. But the people are used to it, works fine.

All of a sudden, the road sides are thick with Bluebonnets

Also white, yellow, purple and some red paintbrushes.  I'll get more tomorrow

Met up with Biglefti in San Angelo  We got a motel and went out for Italian food.

We met up at a Dollar Tree, Needed to replenish a few things in my shaving kit
