Sunrise over the Peacock Mountains.  Planned a 350 mile ride today, but the forecast is "iffy" so we'll make a shorter one and do the long one next week.

The small oblong cloud is really a flying saucer, disquised as a cloud.  The other clouds are vapor trails, but really chemical trails, pumped out by the Government to give all the retired people in Arizona various diseases.  You would be surprised to know how many people really believe this malarky!

A Gas 'n' Grub in Truxton, Arizona

Filled this up with 1/2 Sugar Free French Vanilla, the rest plain coffee.  A reward for an early morning ride.

The Hay Barn.  It's hauled in by truck, then the locals stop in to buy a bale or several.

The same family that owns the Stations in Kingman put this one in.  Very nice people, and good clean stations.

This old Ford didn't quit make it to LA.

Touring car

Work truck.  And, looks like an 80's Yamaha 650 twin.  Both have seen better days.

Arizona Jack rabbit antlers.

Nice store, good drinks, low prices (except for gas) and good friends.

Brothers, Carl and Ed.  We're about ready to haul out of here for home.
Lindsay is the receptionist at River Rat Motorsports in Kingman.  A very good Kawasaki-Suzuki Dealership

Row of various Vulcans on the beautiful epoxy floor.

Pat's home made Peanut Brittle from Slapout, Alabama!  Thanks, Wanda and Mark.

Thomas Kelly.  Owner of Performance Specialists, Inc. in Kingman, AZ.  Master Mechanic, Machinist and Businessman.

330 mm rear tire.  And a big engine to turn it.  Performance Specialists build bikes and engines from all over the country.  They have an excellent reputation

Very few people have ever worked on any of my motorcycles.  I totally trust this shop.  Just a few minor components, and a Dyno tune.  I should be able to keep up with the Gold Wings now. At least for a little while :-)

A customers bike.

Several new and totally rebuilt engines in stock here.   They can build and bolt in as much horsepower and torque as you want.  All it takes is a few dollars.
