Gas mileage run to Meadview

Sunrise over Kingman.  Oct. 20, 2012. Another beautiful morning.

Gentle cruise up Stockton Hill road.  Red Lake off to the right.

Will be going through the little mountain pass in a few minutes.  This is a "gas mileage" test today.

New to me restaurant.  Nancy Lou's Country Kitchen.  This was "found food"

Too early for Ribs today, but will try them sometime. It's about 58 miles from the house to here, nice little ride.  This is a very Red Neck sort of place, Love it!

The Veterans Wall

All sorts of interesting things

This one's for Jax

Harley, Cowboy, Veteran, and Red Neck friendly :-)  Probably Chevrolet and Apple Pie too.

Cool corner

Love this stuff!  I forgot to take a food picture.  I had a very large veggie omlette, with not bread or potatoes.  It was delicious!  Should have got a picture.  Guess I'll have to get back up here soon

Believe it or not, I did't take picture of ALL the wall decorations.  Just the ones I liked the best :-)

The Men's Room was spotless clean..and had decorations in there too!

Cowboy sort of thing

The West end of the Grand Canyon, and the Glass Skywalk is just over that little narrow range.  About 15 miles from here.

Taken October 19th 2012 across the highway from Roger's Market in Lake Mead City.
Our "Watch Bird".. This dove spends a lot of time on the garage roof.  She watches for Pat to put out fresh birds seed, then brings in the troups to eat them all up.

October 21.  Got the Minnie out of the storage room today. Taking it home to make ready for the Exodus to Yuma around the end of this week.

Federico's excellent Menudo.  A Sunday evening treat.
