3 Sisters. Beautful harmony.
Lynn sings and plays some of the pieces she's written herself. She's also a full time resident and has kept us informed all Summer on the progress with the new location. Behind her are Ernie and Al.
Sounds good with her sisters, but also has a nice solo voice
Janet, Del, and Bonnie. A good trio. The head wasn't part of this group
Bonnie has a very pleasant voice, and adds a lot of energy to the evening.
Janet plays a Bucket Bass, and likes to harmonize with some of the other singers
Excellent harmonica player. He has a nice voice too.
Impromtu duet. It was good
Jim plays by ear, and can play just about anything. A natural musician
Serious or funny, Bonnie does it all.
Mr. Morken plays well, but doesn't sing. He's always a good addition to the evening.
Janet's Bass only has one string. Sometimes she has a hard time keeping it in the right key.
A new lady we hadn't heard before. She sings well.
Belting it out.
Gill, the resident comedian, is doing his reading here. But he's hiding behind this lady. The expressions on those faces give you an idea of how funny he is :-)
Gerry plays this sax like an expert. Jim joined her for part of her numbter tonight. They sounded real nice together.
This Native American lady sang acapello tonight, with just a drum playing with her. She has a pleasant voice
Janey and Bonnie sang one of our favorite songs tonight
The wrap up. We're Charter members of the new location now. Jim and Bonnie did a great job, as well as all the other musicians. I think there was 18-20 there tonight that sang and/or played.
