I'm on the way back now. Lots of farm land. some crops just planted, some just harvested, and some in the process of harvest. It goes on and on here where there is a 12 month growing season. |
Several different kinds of lettuce is grown here. During the mid winter, Yuma County provides lettuce to the entire country. |
A week ago, this field was being harvested. Next week, it will be planted and the next crop will be growing. It was a short 50 some mile ride for me this morning. But nice anyway. |
