Making Mimosa.

Jim and Katie are hosting a "leaving the park for now" breakfast for Joe and Susan.  They really did a nice job!

Everyone added a little, but the majority of planning, cooking, and cleanup fell on Jim and Katie.

The main dish was eggs with chorizo, jalepenos, cheese and other peppers mixed in.  Very good!

Served with fresh tortillas too!  Pat made some pop-overs too, fresh and hot.  With butter and Agave syrup

We all ate too much.  It was soooo good!

The trip back to Florida will be delayed a day!  Joe and Susan just closed the deal on this permenent park model trailer.  Bought fully furnished, a turn key situation.  They will be returning next Fall to spend the Winter here. and we hope a LOT of Winters!  On the same street and block as Jim, Katie, Pat and I.  Guess it will be VROC road.  Now, we have to figure out how to get DD and Romy's 45 footer up here, they are farther back in the park. 

This little house is immaculate inside.  New patio cement, the lawn will green up with care too.  Nice awning, storage shed and new skirting.  They have a nice one!  And, there are other in the park for sale if anyone is interested.
