Up to Thanksgiving

Lanny entering Casa Movil Minnie.  Our Yuma guest quarters.

Lanny removed the old plastic doors.  Scraped, painted, filled, and had to cut the new frame pieces to match the opening.  All screwed in place now, he's getting ready to add the fine beads of caulking.  Won't be long until we have new heavy glass doors!

Almost finished!

This balloon went right over the house a few minutes ago.  Was watching the last of the NASCAR race, and almost missed it.
Lanny's first Pedicure

Early morning ride to Mexico.  65 degrees, so needed the jackets on the way over.  The Dual Sport is the only bike I have with Mexican insurance, so we doubled up to save parking fees and a long walk

Our first stop was Jose's for a light breakfast

Lanny had my share of the hot tortillas

Some of the Beauty Shop girls aren't too bad looking

The full deal takes an hour.  Lots of messaging, trimming, getting hand waxing, then a hot wax dip.  Wonderful!

Almost finished.  I imagine we'll be seeing more of Lanny over here now :-)

His expression shows that he didn't think much of a shrimp taco.  He'll learn to appreciate the finer things.  I LOVE them!

Back home.  Lanny is on his way back to Sun City West. We decided the 18 pound ham was too large and heavy, so going to whack it in two.

Not easy, but we got 'er done.  Called the place in Virginia where we got it.  The said it needed to be soaked for at least 24 hours before we did any method of cooking.  Has to hydrate, and work some of the curing salt out of it.  A learning experience.
Redd moved from the old Hotel into an apartment.  This is his back yard

For a nice Rock Stay, Redd helped me detail the Green Lizard this morning.

What a Ham!  He's going to use the Burlap sack for a picture matting.  Clever Boy :-)

Redd has improved the neighborhood where his apartment is.  Right behind a Cat House (pet groomer)
