It is steep, the picture doesn't show it very well.  Karen walked down the trail a ways.  She looks like a Yeti coming up the hill.

Angel Delgadillo.  He's the founder of the Route 66 preservation movement.  Still a working Barber, and his family owns a gift shop and Sidewalk Cafe in Seligman.
